Trouble Sleeping?
Pinealon and Epitalon try them
Hello fellow Broscientist friends,
The past 2 years have been ALL about peptides on Health X and the overall fitness industry.
People have taken issue with this (like not neglecting the “basics”), but the reality is GLPS are life changing were on the edge of massive breakthroughs in health enhancement.
Ive led the charge on this, and the past year Ive experimented with dozens of compounds. GLPs of course, but also many small molecules, and bioregulators.
Its been very 80/20 to say the least.
80% effects are questionable, arent needed and are simply something to spend $$ on.
20% works great, hugely impactful.
The GLPS without question are number 1.
behind that would be growth hormone (but you need a prescription for it from a super cool doctor)
And behind that...the bioregulators. SOME of them. Not all, but some.
Specifically Pinealon and Epitalon.
Whats the big deal with these?
After obesity, fucked up sleep is the most common health issue for people
I dont think I need to write a thesis on why sleep is important.
People sleep bad in myriad ways. Too much caffeine, never seeing the sun, blasting their eyes with their phone at midnight. So on and so forth.
The TAM of Sleep is the entire human race.
What peptides exist to help this?
Enter Epitalon, and Pinealon
To be clear, these are not sedative compounds the way most people think of sleep supplements.
Their development in Russia was never to “make you sleepy”.
They were developed by Professor Khavinson under the auspices of improving brain function; specifically resistance to stress and decreasing inflammation/oxidation.
It emerged in the human research that the research subjects reported sleeping better. This was not a specific goal.
What exactly are they doing then?
We will go in alphabetical order.
Epitalon gets your pineal gland to make melatonin, in the EVENING, when its supposed to be made.
When people are chronically stressed and produce cortisol around the clock, they often wont produce melatonin in the 2nd half of the day.
If you are one of those people who is more tired in the morning and gets more awake in the evening, this might be your issue.
Epitalon targets the pineal gland and upregulates AANAT, the rate-limiting enzyme for melatonin synthesis, and pCREB, a transcription factor essential for circadian gene signaling.
It in essence signals the pinealon gland to resume evening timed melatonin production.
Not everyone benefits from Epitalon, but a single course is a worthy experiment to run. Khavinson recommended it TWICE a year. Not something you take daily and for forever
The other one is Pinealon
This is one people tend to notice more (although they both synergize together).
Pinealon is more of an “anti stress” bioregular/peptide. It was intended to be neuroprotective, with the effect of reducing oxidation/inflammation in the brain itself.
It also has the effect of improving serotonin production (itself a precursor to melatonin)
This is the one that people tend to report more cognitive benefits from
The typical protocols run 1–3 mg daily for 20–30 days, dosed usually in the morning, with 3 months off before reassessment.
They ALSO Work Well Together
Epitalon restores circadian timing in the pineal gland itself. Pinealon fortifies the neural environment and flow between the pineal gland and the brain.
Considering they only need to be used 1-2 times a year, they are an experiment worth running
Elite Research carries both of them. They are blended with sodium and enteric coated to ensure digestion.
