I've used the Wellue O2 Ring to track my OxSat while sleeping. It's continuous so it tracks all night and helped me able to try different tactics to improve my breathing through the night. I was getting large drops frequently throughout the night and now get maybe 1 per night since figuring out a strategy that works for me - mouth tape + intake breathing band. I highly recommend it and have no affiliation with it.
