Dr. Huberman suggests it has profound effects "If however, you inject those animals with melatonin, or you put them into short days... their testicles shrink to the size of a grain of rice…And there are powerful effects of melatonin on the reproductive axis."

Huberman has never done formal research on melatonin and there is nothing in the body of evidence that indicates that this happens in human at all. millions of people have taken it for decades and this has never been reported

Nonexistent side effect in humans

I don’t give a fuck. Take it or don’t take it. Stop being so arrogant as to think being doubtful makes you intelligent

Melatonin keeps me awake. I’m one of the freaks that can’t take it, or else I would.

that used tohappen to me, then i went to 25 mcg's and it knocked me out (thats less than 1 mg)... now after about a year i am up to 1mg, and it's good!

I used it in college to try to lucid dream. It makes your dreams more vivid. It also can lead to nightmares. So I stopped taking it. Now if I really need sleep I'll cut the dose way down and take a little. But it was just the other night I had a nightmare from it, lol. Yes, it did work for lucid dreaming. But my Physical Therapist also mention it can make it so you can't sleep. I see another commentor mentioned that. But there definitely are cons with it.
