The Skinny Fat Manifesto Program was my second big “hit” program that I published in late 2018. Id update a few times up until 2021, and since then it quietly faded into the background.
Not because the “Skinny fat” phenomenon faded away, but it evolved. Now its a generation of young men trying to raise their DHT and “looksmaxx”. The overall knowledge of training and dieting, and I think young men who get into lifting are actually in a better position that we were 20 years ago. We might make fun of zoomers, but they train and diet much smarter.
That said, the Skinny Fat manifesto was ahead of its time in identifying the need to optimize for metabolic health and take a holistic approach to lifestyle. The principles still hold up, and still have people contact me that this program got their training and diet on track after years of struggle.

Why I wrote this Guide
In the past 20 years, there has been a growing health epidemic among young men. The rise of environmental estrogens, the lack of physical education, and the sloth of modern life has produced millions of men whose bodies are soft, weak, and lacking in athleticism.
This guide is for THEM to reclaim their strength, their health, and develop real confidence that has been elusive.
