What is your preferred way to test VO2 max? If it is high impact (e.g. running) do you have a recommended low-impact test?

Treadmill test, 1.5 run test. Or exercise bike for zero impact

Do you have an absolute vo2 max guideline in L/min? My vo2 max has dropped 20% to mirror my 20% increase in weight. I'm assuming you want a vo2 max of 55+ at a properly muscled bodyweight.

Very useful list, are exercises like db bench press per hand or total between 2 dbs?

Thanks! Are the strength standard for 1 rep max? Like at 200 pounds you want to be able to bench press 300 pounds for 1 rep?

Maybe I have insanely weak legs but 50 pushups or body weight shoulder press seem way easier than a 2.5x bodyweight squat.

50 pushups is a minimum standard. And 2.5x deadlift is what your looking at. And Lower body strength potential is way higher than upper body
