Great post. Tried this today. 30 seconds, 1 minute off, 10 of those intervals. Never appreciated how hard you can go on the bike with literally zero impact. Didn’t feel any fatigue, just pure build up of lactic acid and a taxing cardio workout
Is there any reason not to use a peloton instead? Yes the monthly fee and higher cost. I guess from my perspective I already bought a peloton, would it be redundant to also get an assault bike?
For Echo, “trying to hit 100RPM on these is a bit more challenging” - does this make it is “worse” for intervals / better for aerobic? Or am I not following the logic?
No. It makes it excellent for intervals. I was simply pointing out the higher resistance levels. When you’ve used multiple bikes, you realize they dont feel the same
Would u recommend this for an apartment? Is it a bitch to move? Gonna have to move apartments fairly soon

Airbike is total body. Peloton is not
If I want to do Zone 2 and HIIT work in the same day to maximize an “off day”, you recommend 2-a-days or just a 15-20 min break between diff zones?
Do the intervals first, follow with Zone 2 after. You dont need to do them separate

Deciding between Echo and Assault.

Got it thanks.
Any thoughts on the concept2 erg bike?
